AI video & content

Training and marketing videos usually fail on the effort per language. An AI pipeline inverts that ratio: the script is the work, and production per language becomes a side matter.

Where the cost actually sits

In classic production every additional language costs almost as much as the first: booking voice talent, studio, editing, review loop. That is why training videos in many companies stay monolingual although the workforce is not. Move production into a pipeline and that calculation changes fundamentally — the tenth language then costs barely more than the second.

What does not get cheaper is the script. It remains the part that demands subject expertise and care — and the part where quality is decided.

What works well today — and what does not

  • Reliable: voice-over in many languages, subtitles including translation, screen recordings with explanatory audio, product shots and stills.
  • Needs rework: lip sync for people shown on camera, longer continuous scenes, exact brand rendering.
  • Still laborious: anything where a specific real person must appear credible over minutes — classic filming is often faster here.

Maturity differs sharply by format. A training video with screen recording and explanatory voice is routine today; a corporate film with management on camera is not.

Labelling is not optional

The EU AI Act requires content that convincingly reproduces a real person or event to be recognisable as artificially generated. In practice for marketing: anyone using synthetic voices or faces should label them — not in fine print but as a matter of course. In our experience that does not hurt the effect; synthetic content concealed and later discovered certainly does.

Where human rework remains indispensable

Two things nobody handles reliably so far: factual accuracy and rhythm. A model does not know that a safety instruction reads differently in your operation than in the standard text. And it does not know where a pause has to sit for a statement to land. Both remain manual work — but on one script instead of ten edits.

How we support you

  • Script development together with your subject experts — the part that decides quality.
  • Production through our pipeline: voice, subtitles, visuals, multilingual versions from a single script.
  • Labelling of synthetic content in line with the EU AI Act, done properly rather than hidden.
  • With nonaime.studio we run our own AI image production — product visuals are created in house.
