Wladimir Neuberger
Senior AI engineer and solution architect with 14 years of experience — more than ten of them in automotive series development, with a proven record of project and leadership results in international corporate environments.
I have built systems that run in series production at numerous manufacturers — fitted more than ten million times a year. What I learned there is the foundation of how I work with AI today: a system is only finished when it works reproducibly under real conditions, has been tested, and somebody is accountable for it.
From series development
- Development and integration of the first matrix beam light systems at Audi and VW
- Development of the first production-ready laser light systems and further intelligent light assistance systems

Before that, from 2012 to 2019: test manager, development engineer for the first intelligent series rear lights, head of department with 17 people at a VW supplier (light systems fitted more than 9 million times a year), software development project manager, HiL test engineer and test bench automation with LabVIEW.

Since 2025 I have been building AI products with Salimov AI Solutions — owned end to end, from solution and cloud architecture through implementation and code review to a productive go-live.
