Privacy Policy
This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website, for what purpose and on what legal basis. Last updated: August 2026.
1. Controller
SALIMOV Monoprosopi I.K.E., represented by Wladimir Neuberger
Katehaki Metochi 1, 71500 Ano Kalessa, Iraklio, Kreta, Greece
Email: office@salimov.de · Phone: +49 177 1830717
No data protection officer has been appointed, as the statutory conditions for this do not apply.
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When a page is requested, Vercel automatically processes technical access data: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the volume of data transferred, the referrer, and browser and operating system identifiers.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and attack-resistant operation of the website. The data is not combined with other sources and is deleted automatically after a short period. A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel; the transfer to the USA is safeguarded by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
3. Fonts
The “Sora” and “DM Mono” typefaces are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external provider, and no IP address is transmitted to third parties.
4. Storage on your device
We use no cookies, no tracking and no audience measurement. The AI readiness check stores your progress exclusively in your own browser (localStorage) so that you can interrupt and resume the check. This data never leaves your device and is not read by us. You can delete it at any time via the “Reset the check” button or your browser settings. Because this storage is strictly necessary for the function you requested, it does not require consent.
5. Contact form
If you use the contact form, we process the details you enter — name, company, email address, subject and message — in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (interest in responding to enquiries).
We keep the enquiry until it has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention periods stand in the way. Your data is not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
6. AI readiness check and PDF report
The check itself runs entirely in your browser: as long as you only answer the questions and view the result, no data is transmitted to us.
Only when you actively request the PDF report do you send us your name, your company, your email address, your stated AI maturity level and your answers from the check. We use this data to generate and send the report, to follow up on your request and, where appropriate, to contact you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (fulfilling your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (interest in initiating a business relationship). You may object to being contacted at any time, without any particular form.
7. Email delivery
We use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) as a processor to send report and notification emails. This transmits your email address, the subject and the content of the message including the PDF report. The transfer to the USA is safeguarded by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
8. Recipients and disclosure
Beyond the processors named above we do not pass your data on — unless we are legally obliged to do so. We do not sell data.
9. Your rights
- Access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
An informal message to office@salimov.de is enough for any of these.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifissias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, dpa.gr. You may also contact the supervisory authority where you habitually reside.
11. Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever the processing changes — for example when new features are added to the website. The version available here is the one that applies.
